Helping Professionals Communicate With Clarity, Confidence, and Impact
I help professionals strengthen their speech clarity, executive presence, vocal delivery, and workplace communication skills.
Together, we can work on how you speak, how you organize your ideas, and how your message is received.
This can help you feel more confident during:
- Meetings and team discussions
- Presentations and public speaking
- Job interviews
- Leadership conversations
- Networking events
- Client interactions
- Difficult or high-stakes workplace conversations
My goal is not to change your personality or make you sound like someone else.
My goal is to help you communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally while still sounding like yourself.
My Background
I began my career in 2005 after earning my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta.
For the next twenty years, I worked with children, families, teachers, and other professionals. My work focused on speech assessment, communication development, personalized goal-setting, and practical coaching.
That experience taught me how to listen closely, identify communication patterns, and break complex skills into manageable steps.
It also showed me how deeply communication affects confidence, relationships, learning, and opportunity.
My Move Into Executive Communication
Since 2022, I have also helped my husband build and grow a successful coaching business.
Through that experience, I became increasingly interested in business, personal development, leadership, and professional communication.
I began noticing how often talented and highly skilled people struggle to express their ideas with the confidence and clarity they deserve.
Some have difficulty speaking up in meetings. Others feel nervous during presentations, interviews, or leadership conversations. Many know exactly what they want to say but struggle to deliver their message in a clear and professional way.
That realization inspired me to bring my speech-language pathology experience into a new area of practice.
Today, I help adults strengthen the communication skills that support their professional goals.
My Training
I completed Accent Modification Training through The Accent Channel.
This training gave me a structured system for assessing speech clarity, identifying communication goals, and supporting adult speakers of English who want to be understood more easily.
I was also trained in the Global Voice Technique, which focuses on executive communication skills for both native and non-native English speakers.
This allows me to support clients in areas such as:
- Speech clarity
- Pronunciation
- Vocal presence
- Speaking pace
- Message organization
- Presentation delivery
- Confidence
- Executive presence
My work combines speech-language pathology, communication coaching, and practical workplace application.
My Approach
I believe communication coaching should be personal, practical, and respectful.
I do not believe in erasing accents or creating a false speaking style.
Instead, I help people understand how they communicate, recognize what is already working, and strengthen the areas that matter most to them.
I use clear explanations, personalized feedback, and realistic practice based on situations people face in their professional lives.
My goal is to help each client communicate in a way that feels clear, confident, credible, and natural.
